Many of us find AI very helpful as we are able to respond quickly and with superior word selection.

Whatever task we may have, such as drafting professional emails, keeping group chats alive, or winning over arguments in discourse, an AI-based chat assistant always comes to our help.
Ms Divya Mishra, “an event manager by profession, reveals, “I use AI to draft polite but firm work emails. It saves me from sounding too blunt”.
Ms Divya simply has to invoke AI by putting in a situation and the tech reflects a series of possible replies, in a jiffy.
Next comes Aman Kumar, an SSC aspirant, who says, “I am terrible at small talk, so sometimes I let AI suggest responses to random., How's
Life messages. It saves me from ghosting someone”.
But then, is it all hunky-dory?
Ritesh Kushwaha shares his outlook,” There are days when I copy-paste on AI-generated response without reading it properly. I guess that's when it starts getting weird.”
AI Becomes Our Wingman:
Clearly, AI has infected different aspects of our lives and is now interacting on our part.
Shraddha Mehta, a banking professional falls upon AI while drafting responses on online dating platforms.
“If a guy messages me something like “What's Up? I just ask the AI bot for a witty response, and boom, instant banter, she shares”
But then, some people have apprehensions about fake replies sans any feelings.

For example, we have Nidhi Chaudhary, a data analyst, who says, “There's always the fear that the person I'm chatting with is just copy-pasting AI responses too. It's like we ‘re both outsourcing flirting and there are no feelings attached”.
AI Helps Manage Our Images:
We exist in a digitized world and our looks and appearance, we cannot afford to neglect.
Here, AI comes to our assistance and our social media image is managed this way.
We can easily draft and post a mind-boggling update on any of the social media (be it Instagram or LinkedIn).
Mr Sanjay Kumar, Project Manager, Quality Zone Infotech, who discloses his habit,
“I just type in my thoughts and AI refines them into something that sounds way more intelligent than what I could have written myself”.
Finally, we have Gitanjali Iyer, a graphic designer, who confirms, “Coming up with something witty for every post is exhausting”.
The Downside:
When responses lack humour, tenderness or certain aspects peculiar to human traits, users can lose personal connection with others. This is because that machine does the communication and not the actual humans.
People may lose self-confidence as well as the ability to channel their thoughts and feelings accurately once such over-reliance on AI is done.
Real connection and the bond of tenderness gets shaky as the element of authenticity is missing.
AI-generated text is likely to be misunderstood in language and manner and this may lead to unwanted replies and unpleasant episodes in relationships.
In short, for our social media posts to gain a wider reach, our replies have to be interesting, unique and appealing and that's how AI helps us achieve this task.
But then, overuse of AI can make us dumb, as our minds may become useless in the longer-run.
The very same concern was had by Albert Einstein too where he advocated minimal reliance on technology and his apprehensions seem to be turning into reality today.
